Immunize Texas is a grassroots network of parents, friends, and community members dedicated to promoting immunization in Texas and keeping our communities protected from vaccine-preventable diseases. We know that vaccines protect Texans and a healthy Texas is a safe Texas.

WE FORMED IN RESPONSE TO THE ALARMING DROP IN IMMUNIZATION RATES ACROSS THE STATE OF TEXAS.
Just this past year, the Texas Department of State Health Services reported that over 64,000 non-medical vaccine exemptions were filed by parents for school aged children.* Immunize Texas not only works towards educating the public about the benefits of vaccines and their importance to the health and safety of our society, but also supports science-based immunization policies and legislation. We are currently organizing the community and asking that immunization rates and exemption rates for our public schools be made publicly available at the campus level.
